Shahi Badam Kheer is a very easy dessert which is perfect to serve cold during summers and hot during winters. It is Yummy, refreshing, nourishing and heavenly delicious .
Soak Almonds for about half an hour. Then add it to mixer Jar and blend it.
Add Some water to it, To make it smooth. Prepared blend must be smooth enough.
Bring Full fat milk to boil.
Add the prepared almond blend to it, stir well and cook for 15 minutes.
Keep stirring on low flame for about 20-25 minutes.
It will start thickening at a stage, Add 3-4 tablespoon of sugar(depending upon sweetness you desire.)
Add dry roasted, crushed and fine cardamom powder to it.
Mix it well and let it cool.
Chill it in refrigerator and serve after garnishing with Almond Flakes.
