Cheese Corn Poppers


  • American Corn (canned ) 1.5 cup boiled
  • Mozzarella cheese 3/4 cups grated
  • potato 1 mashed
  • green chilli deseeded and chopped 2-3
  • Fresh coriander chopped finely 3 tablespoon
  • corn flour 2 tbsp
  • maze flour 2 tbsp
  • black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
  • chilly flakes 1 tbsp
  • salt 1 tsp or to taste
  • oil for deep frying 2 cups


In a mixer grinder mash the corn or mash it with hands so that it won't get popped up while frying.

In a mixing bowl, combine corn, mozzarella, mashed potato, green chillies, coriander leaves and chili powder.

Season with salt and pepper. Add maze flour, All purpose flour and make a dough.

Make round balls or oval shape of equal size.

Heat oil in a wok on high flame and then set the flame to medium -high or medium-low.

Deep fry these poppers on this flame so they get evenly cooked from inner and outer side.

Cheesy Corn poppers are ready to serve on your kitty party appetizer, evening appetizer .
